Social and Community Participant is another way of saying ‘that you want to meet new people, get out and about, do new things, learn new skills, have fun and much more’. We can help you by supporting you to engage in your community with social and recreational activities of your choice; like fishing, bowling, movies, arts, music, dance, craft, celebrating your cultural identity and linking to related groups. You want to do it, it’s our job to make it happen.
We believe in enabling people to live the life they choose. Our supports help you learn and complete everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, budgeting to help you to remain living in your home. Supports are tailored to your individual needs for you to live an independent life.
We can assist you with daily tasks, or can supervise you while you complete tasks, including personal care and house hold tasks like showering, washing your hair, mopping the kitchen, bathroom and laundry, hanging out the washing, vacuuming the home. We provide support that enables you to live as autonomously and independently
as possible.
